At Sunyu, we believe that ethical and economic values are interdependent and that the business community must operate within the accepted norms established by national and international authorities. Sunyu expects all its employees to embody the highest standards of ethical behavior and integrity:

Integrity
Sunyu performs all its activities professionally, independently, and impartially. Sunyu operates honestly and does not tolerate any deviation from its approved methods and procedures.

All Sunyu employees must conform to the laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate and must fulfill their obligations reliably. High business ethics and integrity ensure our credibility.

Confidentiality
Sunyu places the utmost importance on protecting the privacy of our customers, employees, and other associated individuals and companies, and the confidentiality of their information.

We protect confidential information concerning the activities of our clients, including information that might cause a client to lose a competitive advantage, trade secrets, financial and other information that has not been publicly disclosed, employee personal information, and information within the framework of "confidentiality agreements" enacted with clients. We use this information only for the purposes of service provision, and share this information only with relevant authorized parties.

Conflict of Interest
Sunyu avoids situations and relationships that involve a conflict of interest with any related entity in which Sunyu has a financial or commercial interest and to which it is required to provide services.

Sunyu employs over 300 translators and several patent agents, of whom more than 70% have earned a Master's degree or above. Most of our translators have already acquired solid technical backgrounds and extensive field experience before joining Sunyu.

Sunyu has engaged in patent-related services for over ten years. In particular, we specialize in the multilingual translation of PCT documents. On average, we are able to handle the translation of over 10,000 PCT and OA cases every year. Over the years, we have translated more than 1.2 billion words.

Sunyu adheres to strict confidentiality policies and is committed to achieving complete document security.

Sunyu has developed its own information management system, computer-assisted translation (CAT) software, and a patent database to facilitate interaction between departments, improve the productivity of existing office procedures, and guarantee the confidentiality of all information that we receive from our clients.

At Sunyu, quality control (QC) is an important aspect of the entire work process. We have established a clear and systematic set of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the successful implementation of our QC procedures.
