As a brand new field, KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) plays a key role in today's knowledge economy, and has garnered increasing attention from the government and private sector. On the morning of October 30th, 2009, Dr. Wang Weijun, deputy director of the Information Management Department of Huazhong Normal University, visited Sunyu along with two of his students to conduct a KPO field study.
As a research team that pays great attention to enterprise informatization and knowledge management, Dr. Wang's group believes that KPO will have the revolutionizing affects of spurring on the structural transformation and industrial upgrading of China's economy, enhancing industrial competitiveness, and bringing about more participation in global competition. Sunyu is a typical intellectual property outsourcing company, and we hope to further the development of KPO through effective cooperation among enterprises, universities and research institutes.
During the meeting, Mr. Shan Jie, Sunyu's Deputy General Manger, briefly introduced our company, covering our operating procedures and training system, among other things. Dr. Wang then presented the latest results of his team's research, and asked several questions about Sunyu's marketing model and customized teams. Mr. Shan responded to each of his questions in detail. For example, we establish customized teams for each client in order to meet their individual requirements. We were honored to be a Model KPO Enterprise invited to participate in this research project, and to be able to share in the team's research results and successful experience.
