On December 4, 2009, Chen Wannian, President of Sanjing University and Nanjing Occupational University; Huang Keming, Standing Vice Dean of Sanjing University International Education School; Xing Xiaogang, Dean of the Sanjing University School of Art and,Director of the Art Design Research Institute; and Lu Tianwei, Vice President of Nanjing Occupational University, visited Sunyu to discuss cooperation on the China-US Language Institute (CULI) project.

The China-US Language Institute was co-founded by Nanjing Occupational University and Jiangsu Sunyu Investment Company Ltd., a member of the Sunyu Group. It is a nonprofit educational institution affiliated with Nanjing Occupational University.

To begin the meeting, Sunyu's Vice General Manager Shan Jie introduced Sunyu, explaining the company's history, performance and competence, and recruitment efforts. The visitors and Sunyu then had an in-depth discussion on possible programs for CULI, such as overseas study tours, a paid internship/trainee program in the US, and an internship program for Sanjiang University graduates. In the end, both parties agreed on the feasibility of the paid internship/trainee programs in the US. This program would also be able to combine with the graduate internship program.

During the meeting, Xing Xiaogang also introduced the Sanjiang University School of Art and expressed his hope that the School of Art would establish a long-term cooperative relationship with another member of the Sunyu Group - Nanjing Mohoo Information Technology Co. Ltd. - as an effort to enhance the new joint school-enterprise educational model and result in a win-win situation for both students and enterprises.
